Tasting Notes

 

  • Colour: Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights, a sign of vitality.

  • Aroma: A delicate and harmonious bouquet of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), enhanced by notes of citrus, green apple, and white peach, with a subtle mineral touch.

  • Palate: Fresh and vibrant, supported by a pleasant acidity and the typical minerality of Gavi, intertwined with a soft roundness. Elegant and persistent on the finish.

Versatile and refined, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, seafood pasta dishes, delicate white meats, and fresh cheeses. Also ideal as an aperitif.

Tasting notes: Citrus aromas and white floral notes; on the palate, citrus and ripe fruit with hints of peach. Good minerality supported by fresh acidity.
