Production area: Piedmont – Alta Langa, high-altitude vineyards on marl-limestone soils
Vinification and ageing: Traditional Method with second fermentation in the bottle and extended ageing on the lees, aimed at developing complexity, creaminess, and elegance.
Organoleptic characteristics: A sparkling wine of great finesse, with aromas of bread crust, citrus, almond, and white flowers. On the palate it is taut, fresh, and creamy, with a very fine perlage and an elegant, persistent finish.
Food pairings: Refined aperitifs, gourmet dishes, seafood cuisine, and delicate preparations.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Residual sugar: Brut
