Vinification and ageing: In stainless steel tanks
Tasting notes: Citrus aromas and white floral notes; on the palate, citrus and ripe fruit with hints of peach. Good minerality supported by fresh acidity.
Food pairings: Perfect from aperitif to starters, salads, fish dishes, or white meats.
